At Interview Monkey AI, we want to make managing your subscription straightforward. If you’re thinking about canceling your subscription or want to know more about the process, this guide will help you with the steps and explain what happens next.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription

We're sorry to see you go! Follow these steps to cancel your Interview Monkey subscription:

1. Log Into Your Account
Sign in to your Interview Monkey account.

2. Navigate to Subscription Settings
Click on Billing from your account dashboard.

3. Cancel Your Subscription
Select the Visit Billing Portal and click the Cancel Membership option to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

What Happens After Cancellation?

- Access Until the Billing Period Ends:
Once you cancel, you'll retain full access to Interview Monkey’s features until the current billing period ends. For example, if you're on a monthly plan and cancel halfway through, you'll still have access until the month concludes.

- Yearly Plans:
If you're on an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the prepaid year. Refunds for unused portions of the year are not provided unless a technical issue caused by Interview Monkey disrupts your experience.

Refund Policy

  • No Partial Refunds:
    We do not offer refunds for the unused portion of an active billing cycle. You’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
