Select the Visit Billing Portal and click the Cancel Membership option to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access Until the Billing Period Ends:
Once you cancel, you'll retain full access to Interview Monkey’s features until the current billing period ends. For example, if you're on a monthly plan and cancel halfway through, you'll still have access until the month concludes.
- Yearly Plans:
If you're on an annual plan, your access continues until the end of the prepaid year. Refunds for unused portions of the year are not provided unless a technical issue caused by Interview Monkey disrupts your experience.
